Kinetic analysis for catalytic co-pyrolysis of palm kernel shell and plastic waste mixtures with bifunctional HZSM-5 and mussel shell catalyst

Abstract The present study is dedicated to investigate the kinetic analysis for catalytic co-pyrolysis of palm kernel shell (PKS) and polyethylene waste (HDPE) mixtures with bifunctional HZSM-5 mussel (MS) catalyst. Artificial neural network (ANN) modeling through 17 models based on functions reaction mechanism denoted as chemical reactions, diffusion nucleation growth interfacial phase reactions power law was used in this achieve a suitable order promoting higher rate accuracy data achieved. It found that 2 nd order, 3rd anti jander, jander ginsling were selected out due giving positive values produced. And also, it observed 3 rd model provided activation energy ( E A ) all feedstock used. Comparison between experimental predicted using Logsig-Tansig (LT) Tansig-Tansig (TT) carried results from ANN showed similar trend minimal error 0.67%, 6.61%, 2.46% PKS, HDPE, mixture PKS HDPE presence MS catalyst, respectively. From analysis, value HZSM-5/MS catalyst are 196.93 kJ/mol, 388.00 147.12 3.24×1013 s -1 , 6.00×1026 1.72×10-1
